Duration of Course

ABOUT COURSE

The duration of the course is One/Two year. The admission in this course starts in May/June & Nov./Dec. of every year.

Selection

The qualification for this certificate course is Intermediate with minimum 40% marks. The selection is done by a team of two teachers under the supervision of the Chairman through entrance examination held before admission.

Instructions for Admission

Application on prescribed admission form will be received in the office. The candidates seeking admission shall attach the following documents with the application.

  1. Photostat Copy of the mark sheet of Intermediate.
  2. Passport size latest photographs of the candidate.
  3. Scheduled Caste/ Scheduled Tribe Certificate from 1st class Magistrate is required for reserved seats. 40% seats are reserved forthe SC/ST quota.
  4. Adhar Card.

Examination

The examination will be held from 25 May for the May/June session and from 25 Nov for Nov/Dec session every year. After the success in the examination, the certificates and Mark Sheets of the said course will be issued to the successful students.

Note

1. The date of birth of the applicant entered in the application for admission must be the same as recorded in the High School certificate.

2. The form should be duly signed by the candidate.

3. The principal deserves the right to enroll or not enroll the student if any drawback is found in filling the admission form.

4. Candidates have to pay Maintenance Charges etc. before 10th of each month.

5. Exam fee is required to be paid up to 15th Oct. for the session May/June and 15 March for the session Nov/Dec.

If the fee is not paid up to the declared date, the name of the student will be struck off from the Institute and he/she will not be entitled to any refund of fee or any amount in any circumstances.

Important Notice

Candidates seeking admission to the course are advised to consult this prospectus & its general rules & have to follow these strictly. If a student does not follow the rules and regulations of the Institution and misbehaves with the students or staff members or adopt illegal methods or anti-institute activities, she will be liable to strict disciplinary action culminating to rustication. There will be no guarantee of job after this training.
